The contract still runs till 2014 and is extendable after that.
The take over price is 3.5 m THB and the monthly rent is 50.000 THB per month. This restaurant has a total area of 500 sq m.
The restaurant is currently open, and running, it is sold with all contracts with agents so that the new owner will be able to start business right away. It is located inside a hotel which helps boosting revenues.
It is currently serving Thai food and Italian favorites, such as pastas, pizzas, lasagna etc.
