The clothing design boutique is located directly on Surin Beach Road, in close vicinity to top-end hotels such as JW Marriott, Twin palms and The Chedi, whose guests are amongst the shops main customers. These hotels are fully booked for the upcoming high season!

This shop belongs to an Australian designer, who had to move back to Australia for family
reasons. The shop currently sells exclusively designed formal and casual ladies clothing, handbags and accessories. All blueprints for the fashion designs are included in the sale, all suppliers and manufacturers are in place, and merchandise can be re-ordered as and when required. The shop is currently branded but you an change the name if you want that. The target clientele is sophisticated ladies in their 40s/50s/60s, who otherwise find it difficult
to find up market clothing to fit. Obviously the branding can be changed if the new owner so wishes.

Some financial information: The monthly rent is THB 35,000 (ca. $1,000), the lease is fixed for 3 years. There are 2 full time staff, their combined salary amounts to THB 23,000 plus commissions (the staff is very trustworthy).
Other costs are electricity (around THB 7,000), water, internet and
advertising. The total stock worth THB 800,000 is included in the sale, so are all fixtures and fittings, and the lease deposit paid (THB 70,000).
