Nai Harn 18 Room Garden Resort in 2 Rai Tropical Garden

This garden resort is in the famous Nai Harn and Rawai area of Phuket. Soi Yuan is close. The beach is just a few minutes drive away. It is build on a large almost 2 rai plot of land that now looks like one large tropical paradise garden with palm trees with buildings in it. The 3 bedroom managers residence has a large lounge that can be a restaurant. The resort has now 2 outside beer bars and a restaurant and clients from outside the resort using these every day. Also the pool is public for the moment.
In this garden resort are 14 guest bungalows, 7 of them with air conditioning and all with fans. They all have unsuited bathrooms. All of these separated bungalows are fully approved by the Thai government to be put on that specific land plot and function as tourist guesthouse or to rent out to long term renters. There is a hotel service for the guests including breakfast service and others. This resort also includes a large swimming pool with sale, a sauna and even an ice bath. You also have a orchid salad bar and 2 beer bars inside the premises. The whole place has top privacy. The whole place can also be used as a private garden pool villa with more separate bungalows in it. If you run it as a resort, you earn money while you sleep. Extension is easy to do and you cen put another 6 to 8 extra bungalows on the land plot.
The price is hardly the price of the land plot in that area. The owner will not sell during high season and the selling price after that will be higher. So NOW is the time to buy it...
